Further to our recent news post regarding Moopay Limited in Liquidation, on 15 April 2015 Liam Short and Graham Wolloff of this firm were appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of Mintpal Limited, an associate company of Moopay.

Mintpal also operated a cryptocurrency trading platform and a hearing for winding up is scheduled for 27 April 2015 on the petition of Tomasz Kasprzak, a creditor representative of the many who held cryptocurrency deposits with Mintpal.

Liam and Graham are once again bringing their extensive experience of pursuing complex claims in insolvency scenarios to bear in order to secure assets and information relating to the dealings of the company from internet service providers, banks and the police.

As part of that process, we need to identify anyone who is owed money by Mintpal and to gather information from them about what took place and when.
